CBSE Group A, B & C Answer Key 2026 Released by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the answer key for the Group A, B, and C recruitment examination 2026. Candidates who appeared for the written examination can now download their answer keys from the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in. The examination was conducted from January 31, 2026, to February 01, 2026, for a total of 124 vacant posts including Assistant Secretary, Assistant Professor, Assistant Director, Accounts Officer, Superintendent, Junior Translation Officer, Junior Accountant, and Junior Assistant.

The application process for these positions commenced on December 02, 2025, and concluded on December 27, 2025. The answer key, released on February 12, 2026, allows candidates to cross-check their responses and estimate their scores. Candidates also have the opportunity to raise objections against any answers provided in the official key. The window for raising objections is open from February 12 to February 14, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria vary based on the post:

• Group A: Bachelor’s Degree for Assistant Secretary. PG Degree (55% marks) for Assistant Professor & AD (Academics, Training, Skill Education). Bachelor’s/PG Degree in Economics/Commerce/Accounts/Finance or equivalent for Accounts Officer.
• Group B: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with Computer Knowledge and Typing skills for Superintendent. PG Degree with Hindi/English for Junior Translation Officer.
• Group C: 12th passed with relevant subjects (Accountancy, Commerce, Economics etc.) and Typing skills for Junior Accountant. 12th passed with Typing skills for Junior Assistant.

Application Fee

• Group A Posts: ₹1750/- (Gen/OBC/EWS), ₹250/- (SC/ST/PH/All Female)
• Group B & C Posts: ₹1050/- (Gen/OBC/EWS), ₹250/- (SC/ST/PH/All Female)

4. Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth (or other required credentials) to log in.
