Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has officially declared the IIT JEE Advanced 2026 Results. Candidates who appeared for the Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) on May 17, 2026, can now access their scorecards and rank lists through the official portal. This entrance exam is the gateway for admission into various undergraduate programs, including Bachelor’s, Integrated Master’s, and Dual Degree courses across all 23 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).

Key Admission Highlights

To be eligible for the JEE Advanced 2026, candidates must have successfully cleared the JEE Main 2026 and secured a rank among the top candidates in their respective categories. Following the result declaration, the registration for the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2026 has also commenced. Candidates interested in B.Arch programs at IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, or IIT (BHU) Varanasi must register separately for this test.

Verification and Counseling

• Candidates are advised to download their official response sheets and final answer keys to verify their marks.
• Category certificates for OBC-NCL and EWS candidates must be issued on or after April 1, 2026, to be valid for the counseling process.
• Admission to IITs will be conducted through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counseling based on the JEE Advanced 2026 ranks.
