The West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC) has officially released the much-awaited WB SET Admit Card 2025 for the 27th State Eligibility Test (WB SET). Candidates aspiring for Assistant Professor positions in West Bengal can now download their Hall Tickets from the official website, wbcsconline.in.

This crucial examination is scheduled to take place on 14 December 2025. The admit cards were made available on 25 November 2025, providing ample time for candidates to prepare and verify their details. It is mandatory for all applicants who successfully submitted their forms to download their admit cards, as no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without it.

The application process for the WB SET 2025 commenced on 01 August 2025, with the last date for online application and fee payment being 10 September 2025. A correction window was also provided from 16 to 17 September 2025. To be eligible for the WB SET, candidates must hold a Master's Degree or an equivalent qualification from any recognized university or institution in India.

The examination will consist of two papers: Paper 1 with 50 questions for 100 marks (1 hour duration), and Paper 2 with 100 questions for 200 marks (2 hours duration), totaling 150 questions for 300 marks over a 3-hour period. The selection process primarily involves a Written Exam, followed by Document Verification and the preparation of a Merit List.
