AAICLAS Security Screener Recruitment 2026 Notification Overview

AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Airports Authority of India, has announced a major recruitment drive for the year 2026. The notification invites applications for the position of Security Screener (Fresher) on a Fixed Term Engagement Contract (FTC) basis for an initial period of three years. This contract is further extendable based on the performance of the candidate and operational requirements of the management.

A total of 158 vacancies have been distributed across six key airport locations including Patna, Udaipur, Trichy, Kolkata, Dehradun, and Calicut. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates seeking a career in aviation security. Candidates must possess a graduation degree with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates). The selection process is primarily based on shortlisting via graduation marks followed by an online interaction or interview.

Selected candidates will undergo rigorous training and certification. During the training period, a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000 is provided. Upon successful completion of certification, the remuneration increases annually, starting from Rs. 30,000 in the first year to Rs. 34,000 in the third year.
