The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has officially announced the exam schedule and released the admit cards for the UP Police Sub Inspector (SI) Recruitment 2025-2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill 4543 vacancies for the posts of Sub Inspector Civil Police, Platoon Commander, and Special Security Force. Candidates who successfully registered for the recruitment can now check their Exam City Intimation Slip (available from 06 March 2026) and download their full Hall Ticket starting from 11 March 2026.

UP Police SI Exam Overview

The written examination is scheduled to take place on 14th and 15th March 2026 across various centers in Uttar Pradesh. The selection process involves a written examination followed by a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Document Verification, and a Medical Examination. The objective-type paper will test candidates on General Hindi, Basic Law/Constitution, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning.

• Click on the link for 'UP Police SI Admit Card 2026'.
• Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth.
• Download the PDF and ensure all details like name, photo, and center address are correct.
• Carry a printed copy of the hall ticket along with a valid ID proof to the exam center.

Eligibility for these posts required a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream. Applicants aged between 21 to 28 years were eligible to apply. The salary for the Sub Inspector post ranges from ₹9,300 to ₹34,800 with a Grade Pay of ₹4,200, resulting in an estimated monthly gross salary of ₹45,000 to ₹55,000.
