HPSC HCS (Executive Branch) Preliminary Admit Card 2026

The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) is set to release the Admit Card for the HCS (Executive Branch) and other Allied Services Preliminary Examination 2026. Candidates who applied for the 102 vacancies between February 6 and February 26, 2026, can download their hall tickets starting from April 20, 2026. The preliminary examination is scheduled to be conducted on April 26, 2026, at various centers across Haryana.

Exam Overview and Selection Process

The recruitment process for HPSC HCS 2026 involves a rigorous selection procedure consisting of a Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam, and a Personality Test (Interview). The Prelims act as a screening test, comprising two papers: General Studies and the Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT). Candidates must score at least 33% in the CSAT paper to qualify, while the merit for the Mains exam will be based on General Studies marks.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Applicants must carry a printed copy of the HPSC HCS Pre Admit Card 2026 along with a valid photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID) to the examination hall. Digital copies on mobile phones will not be permitted. In case of any discrepancies in the photograph or signature on the admit card, candidates should immediately contact the HPSC helpdesk for rectification before the exam date.
