UP Home Guard Recruitment 2025-26 Exam City Details

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has officially announced the exam city details for the recruitment of 41,424 Home Guard positions. Candidates who successfully submitted their applications before the December 2025 deadline can now check their allotted examination city to plan their travel. The written examination is scheduled to be held across various centers in Uttar Pradesh on April 25, 26, and 27, 2026.

Process to Check Exam City

To access the city intimation slip, candidates must visit the official portal and log in using their Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth. It is important to note that the city intimation slip is not the final admit card. The formal admit card, which will contain the exact exam center address and shift timings, will be released a few days prior to the examination date. Candidates are advised to keep a printed copy of the city details for reference.

Selection Criteria and Eligibility

The recruitment process for UP Home Guards involves a written OMR-based examination followed by a Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). To qualify, candidates must have passed Class 10th from a recognized board. The physical standards require male candidates to have a minimum height of 168 cm (160 cm for ST) and female candidates to have a height of 152 cm (147 cm for ST). Ensure all documents like marksheets and identity proofs are ready for the verification stage.
